ANDREW WILL

Andrew has more than two decades of experience creating content across film, television, animation, digital media, and advertising.

 

Before moving to Kansas City in 2020, Andrew built his career in Hollywood as a screenwriter and filmmaker, developing projects with some of the industry's most respected talent. His original screenplay, ARCHANGEL, was acquired by legendary filmmaker Ridley Scott. His sci-fi short film, THE PROTOTYPE, became a viral sensation after its proof-of-concept trailer garnered more than 40 million online views.

 

Andrew has worked with nearly every major movie studio, including Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Amazon Studios, Lionsgate, 20th Century Fox, and Electronic Arts. Along the way, he has collaborated with acclaimed filmmakers including Christopher Nolan, J.J. Abrams, Robert Zemeckis, and James Cameron.

 

Drawing on a background that spans storytelling, post-production, and creative leadership, Andrew brings a filmmaker's perspective to every project. He combines strong narrative instincts with technical expertise and a deep understanding of what makes stories resonate with audiences, helping brands and organizations connect with viewers through compelling, cinematic storytelling.

DEREK WILLIAMS

Derek is a Kansas City-based filmmaker whose experience spans productions of every style and scale—from branded documentaries to feature films and television. His credits include work on The McBee Dynasty for Peacock as well as feature films starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Lin Shaye. As a director, cinematographer, and editor, Derek brings a cinematic approach to every project, crafting compelling stories for organizations like Fairfax Industrial Association, FIRE Foundation, and St. Peter's Parish. His directing work also includes the narrative short film Martyrium, reflecting his passion for character-driven storytelling and visually striking filmmaking.

RILEY WATSON

Riley discovered filmmaking at 13, producing videos for YouTube and developing a passion for visual storytelling that became a career. Over the past decade, he has evolved into a trusted one-man production powerhouse, seamlessly managing every phase of production—from concept and cinematography to editing and final delivery. His work combines cinematic visuals with strategic storytelling, helping brands create content that connects with audiences. Riley has partnered with national brands like Black Cat Fireworks and Kansas City icons including J. Rieger & Co., delivering polished, high-impact content with the agility and reliability clients depend on.
